Mapping Intensities in Images into New Values

Function MAP_CON.m stretches MIN and MAX limits in original images to new values - any original values and any new values of intensities can be used.
MAP_CON_ARRAY_1 maps images in array to new values of MIN and MAX with respect to mapping of one image
MAP_CON_ARRAY_2 maps images in array to new values of MIN and MAX with respect to mapping of two image in array - top and bottom
MAX_MIN_PIX_VALUE - calculates the most often occuring MIN and MAX limits in original images
